Is the budget tool a binding quote?
No. It is a planning estimate based on your selections. Ground conditions, access, materials and equipment can change the cost; the written quote defines what is included.
What follows the design?
Construction, commissioning and maintenance requirements are considered together. Agree on equipment, checks, operating information and aftercare scope before work starts.
