Reinforced-concrete skimmer and overflow pools, steel-panel and fibreglass systems, natural ponds. Villas, estates and hotels; any size or shape.
Which system, for whom?
- Concrete skimmer: the most economical concrete system and the easiest to maintain; water sits 10 cm below the edge. First choice for a family pool on flat ground.
- Concrete overflow: water sits level with the edge and flows into a channel and balance tank; the surface is skimmed continuously and you get the infinity look. For sloping sites with a view; roughly a third more in budget.
- Steel panel and fibreglass: built in one to three weeks, in standard sizes; correct ground preparation is essential. For speed and a controlled budget.
- Natural pond: chemical-free, plant-filtered swimming pond. Different maintenance, different look.
What we do
- Soil survey and site measurement; groundwater and rock check.
- Structural design, mechanical scheme and hydraulic calculation.
- Excavation, concrete shell, double waterproofing, finish.
- Filtration, disinfection (chlorine, salt, UV), heating, lighting.
- Commissioning, water balance, user training, handover file.
- Optional seasonal maintenance contract: the team that built it maintains it.
Questions
When is the right time to build?
January to April. To be ready for summer, start in March; winter schedules are lighter and prices better.
Is the survey free?
Yes, in İzmir and its districts. After the survey you receive an itemised written quote valid for 30 days.
How long does it take?
Concrete 30–60 days, steel panel 7–15, fibreglass 5–10; depending on ground and weather.
